Hight Density Polyethylene has been used in Extrusion Blow Moulding for 70 years. As of 2019 mainstream PCR EBM processing of non milk applications has been in production for less than 5 years. The challenge is develop the equivalent “technical library” of information already embedded in the EBM/HDPE world.

For non milk applications BIA has been at the forefront for the last three years processing Natural White and Mixed Jazz PCR. Experience has been gained in mono, bi and tri layer across a wide range of machinery brands.

BIA Ltd has been heavily involved in PCR processing for fresh milk applications for more than 10 years .  PCR levels range between 15 and 40% .
